“This is a well made cleaner with plenty of accessories and works well so far. I haven't weighed it but it seems heavier than I was expecting. Great not to be tied to an electricity socket and so very easy to get into difficult places. Would have given 5 stars but why oh why entrust your product to a carrier who takes 7 days to deliver and then leaves on your doorstep without authority? For something of this value 24 or 48 hour delivery would be obvious.”

“I can't fault this product. Arrived well packed. Appears to be very well made and all fits together nicely. Performance wise, it is superb. The best cordless vacuum we've had, so light yet so powerful. I wanted to buy the original in 2022 but the wife wasn't keen on the bags so I bought another make. That one didn't pick up that well and kept throwing bits out once turned off. Also, not good at picking up cat hair. I decided we needed a new one and bought the Halo Capsule X. Just wish I hadn't listened to the wife back in 2022. I was planning to buy the wife an instruction booklet for our corded Dyson for Christmas. However, I'll have to scrap that idea as she has used the Capsule X more times in a fortnight than she used our other vacuum's in the last 3 months. I would highly recommend this product and the bags last for ages. Very pleased and impressed.”
