“The machine is beautifully made and well balanced in the hand. The Capsule X is much easier to change attachments on than the original capsule and everything goes together with a satisfying click.”

“The Halo Capsule is good but the X is a whole new ball game. It's on a par with our Miele cats and dogs, in fact I don't think we've used the Miele since we've had the Capsule X as being cordless it's much easier to handle.”

“I love the straightforwardness of the capsule x. The cleaning ability is second to none and the maintenance of the machine is very simple. On full power with the brushes spinning not one grain of dust survives in the carpet. When I used the soft brush roller for hard floors, it left my bathroom floor tiles , as if they have been polished. I would highly recommend.”
