“I found this new Halo Capsule vacuum cleaner, more compact in it's packaging. The actual vacuum is easier to handle, especially the attachments, which are easier to change. So far after 2weeks, I am very happy.”

“I really wanted this to work, but it's awful, it won't pick up my dogs hair at all, and I have to go over an area so many times to get it to suck up any bits on the carpet. I've had it a week . I'm going to take it apart and put it back together to see if it's me. But if it's no better I'm afraid it's going back. I'm gutted”
