“I am very pleased with my Capsule Cleaner. It is light to use and the dust bag has not filled up after it has cleaned all the floors twice. No more problems with emptying the dust into dustbins and I don't have to spend a long time cleaning the machines innards!”

“Very pleased so far, and making good use. The long battery life is most useful as it removes a lot of concern about whether you run out mid clean. Hasn’t replaced corded vacuum for main clean, but frequently used for the mid main clean tidy and researching higher up and in small spaces. Only concern is whether the attachments will wear loose in time as they don’t ‘click’ into place.”

“I think the Capsule does everything you say it does and is much stronger than my usual one therefore it is easier to pick up things. The thingI’m concerned about I don’t know what I use the brushes for if it’s to attach and hold high to dust above curtains etc? I cannot do that I live on my own and it’s too heavy for me a 81 year old. It is a bit heavy to lift and push around to that’s my only problem!”

“Excellent machine. This is the third “stick” vacuum we have tried and it is by far the most effective. BUT the handle is a terrible design and my hands, which are not especially large for a man, won’t fit properly into the recess. This means it hurts my knuckles and makes it difficult to hold properly. It is like the handle was designed only for use by people with tiny hands. That said, it is so good in other respects that I will put up with it and anyway my wife doesn’t have the same problem. The handle design knocks the rating down from five to four stars.”

“It’s very powerful & light & does a good job but disappointed you have to clean the roller brush every time as lots of hairs & rubbish gets caught in it & to get the hairs off need to cut them as they get so entwined on the roller.”
