The vacuum picks up well, though when it comes to doing the stairs it is a bit more difficult cleaning each stair with the head.

The vacuum head is too narrow and it is unwieldy as the weight (containing pouch and battery) is at the top of the handle, rather than at the base. Also, there is no light on it to show up where the dust is on the carpet/floor.

I am very pleased with this vacuum.it is a little heavier than I expected.just one little thing,I have arthritis in my hands,so it would be nice if there was an additional handle on the capsule,so you old use with two hands. Thanks for listening.

So far so good but there are some oddities a) the battery light indicator shows two bars even though the battery is out of charge. This is misleading since, unless you are familiar with this quirk, you think the capsule isn’t working and b) why is the capsule programmed to start in performance mode? To get to one bar hard floor mode you press button which takes you to boost mode first and then further pressing necessary to get to the hard floor mode. This is odd surely since you are putting too much unnecessary strain on battery. Any comments.
