“I liked it during 4 brief uses hoovering a normal low-pile carpet including stairs. But then it went weirder than Boris Johnson. The brush head ran on its own and could not be turned off from the unit switch on the capsule. The only way to stop it was to disconnect it from the pipe leading to the main capsule unit. I was sent a replacement brush head within 6 days, but the same problem persisted. Now I'm waiting for the whole piece of scrap to be collected and a replacement provided. Quite honestly, it's been a massive disappointment. There's also a design balance issue - the main capsule unit has a handle on one end, but not on the long side which causes weight distribution issues and aching wrists - no, I'm not a whimp, but I don't get this strain using my old, reliable Miele upright which weighs a tonne. Customer service has been prompt, but they clearly don't know what is causing the brush-head to run amok, or they wouldn't have sent another rather than replacing the whole thing immediately. Miele, I love you and probably Dyson also, if I could afford one. Capsule Vacuum, not so much. Ridiculous!”

“It is light weight and so taking it upstairs is no problem, manoeuvres left or right without the user changing direction, the removal of hair is quite easy, carpet button needs to be only used when cleaning the carpet and is quite powerful. I am very happy using it!”

“This is the best thing I've bought in a long, long time. No negatives at all. I love it. It picks up far better than any cordless and even any corded vacuum cleaner I think I have ever bought. Fabulous.”
