“This is a brilliant machine. It's easy to use and it is lalso ight weight. My only problem is it doesn't pick up cat hairs from short pile wool carpets! Even if I gather up the cat hair it still won't pick it up. The whole reason I bought the Halo was so I don't have to carry my heavy Miele vacuum up the stairs. It looks like I'll still have to as it DOES pick up cat hair!”

“Very pleased with the Capsule vacuum cleaner; much better suction than my previous cordless. I really like not having to empty frequently and not coming into such close contact with the waste. Also impressed with the edge to edge cleaning. The product is a little top-heavy but it is still very easy and quick to manoeuvre. After a few weeks' use, I have no regrets about my purchase; it would be perfect if stood up on its own, but this is a minor issue and the wall bracket is good.”
