“What a robust well thought out vacuum. Really powerful. The brush bar works brilliantly on our long pile carpet and doesn’t flake out. Battery charge is comparable with others but more importantly, the battery doesn’t die after a year unlike another, more expensive brand of vacuum which I probably shouldn’t mention. Personally I love the fact the waste is collected in a bag and I’m not left to clean an unsightly and messy bagless compartment. This was my initial draw for buying the Capsule. I can’t really understand why bags went out of favour. The bags are made from paper so you’re not compromising on the environment. I don’t seem to get though many but then I suppose I do save this for the lighter, quick in between vacuums. Good sturdy attachments which are easy to fit and with a helpful holder. On top of this, what a lovely company to have dealings with; quick and helpful customer services and speedy delivery. Plus, thoughtful recyclable packaging. As someone who’s been though a few vacuums, what more could you want, a very happy customer :)”
