“So far, so good. I bought this to replace my Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner and so far I am very happy with it. It was easy to assemble and light to carry upstairs. It has three suction speeds, which work really well and I am very happy with the results after using it. It's early days, but so far I would recommend it. It's efficient and effective and simple and light to manoeuvre.”

“The capsule cleaner arrived very quickly and was packed very well. I have found it to be efficient and light weight (great for going up the stairs). I also like it for cleaning the car. I have found it to be much better than the previous stick cleaner which I was using. The capsule has far more suction for small crumbs on carpets and pet hair. A good buy!”

“Initially very disappointed in this product. The head just seemed to grind dog hair into the carpet & not pick it up. WE quickly realised that the motorised head was not working properly & contacted customer support. Tiffany from the support team was extremely helpful & sent us a new head which worked fine. We have had a Dyson for years & were quite satisfied with its performance but it got too heavy to carry around. After using the Dyson we followed on with the Halo & were pleasantly surprised to see that it extracted more dirt. Only had it a couple of weeks but so far its performed really well.”

“Cleaning Filters and bag emptying were annoying for me, dust flying arrround with my old one. I haven’t filled a bag yet but looking forward to just chucking it away.The hoover works well plenty of suck.”
