“Very pleased with this purchase. Severe arthritis in my hands makes it difficult to use the normal heavy mains-powered cleaners. This simple lightweight machine is ideal. It is also efficacious in performance and lives up to the supplier's claims and specifications. Nothing is ever perfect! There are two minor negatives: the extension tube is difficult to insert and release from the capsule body and power-brush head, with the yellow retention clip appearing not to have a positive click action. The second negative is that while changing the dust pouch I received a skin puncture wound from a small jagged piece on the head of the metal latch plate.”

“Great value. I’ve been looking for a cordless vacuum for a while, and this bundle seemed like a good deal. It’s a GREAT deal. So easy to put together and very easy to use. I have trouble with my shoulders, and thought that this might be a bit heavy, but it’s not. Great for a quick vacuum around the house, and it seems to be holding its charge well. Haven’t had to change the bag yet, but it looks easy enough.”

“The vacuum cleaner has done exactly as was advertised: it's quiet except on boost, it picks up debris well and yes, it's light and importantly it has dust bags, Now things which could be better: battery life could be longer, especially on boost. I did buy two so this helps. Is there any way you could have designed it to have a lower centre of gravity so that it could stand up on its own when temporarily not in use. Both my wife and I are elderly and the very sharp edge under the handle can be uncomfortable. Overall very pleased and it's much better than Bosch cordless which was pretty useless and has been discarded”

“Only just starting using this but it's quick to assemble and has left our carpets looking pristine. Maybe a little noiser than expected by I can't fault how powerful it is. Will install the Wall Dock and then it will always be handy to pick up and use whenever there is a mess.”
