“Very happy with this choice! I spent a lot of time comparing and wondering which vacuum to buy when our old Dyson broke (I say old but it was just 4 years, a disappointment). Sharks felt way too heavy and clumsy and I wouldn't wanna deal with a cylinder vacuum as pregnant and live in a terraced house with a lot of stairs. The Capsule was the perfect choice! I'm impressed with the suction, my kids love using it too, and it really is light to handle. Bonus points for a dust bag (I hated emptying out the Dyson, it was a cloud of dust and icky bits of old food and whatnot). Overall I can see this lasting us way better than what we used to have, good value for the price. Would recommend and have already recommended to friends.”

“Looks good, works well BUT my wife finds great difficulty in connecting and disconnecting the tube and head. Disappointing. Sadly, she has compared it to Dyson's machine which is simple and easy to use. I have found I have needed a great deal of finger strength to release them and my wife finds it impossible. i don't think WD40 could do the trick!”
