“The Capsule vacuum was unfortunately unsuitable for me as I found it too heavy for my wrist. I duly contacted the company who said they would arrange a refund & collection of the unwanted vacuum. The refund was processed but i have been given 3 collection dates which Have not been acted upon & I do not intend to waste any more of my time waiting in for a ‘Non existent delivery man’. So a solution to this matter would be appreciated.”

“My wife's view. (I don't do hoovering). Very pleased with the Capsule vacuum, and the 2 yrs supply of dustbags. That saves a fair bit of money. She reports that it really picks up every little bit of dust. She claims it is more powerful than her now redundant GTech Air Ram 2, and that says something, as that was a very good machine. So far, so good.”

“Love it! The retro look, the power, the value.. Only reason I gave 4* is for the powered head. It's very basic and needs some mods to bring it up to the level of its competitors. The vacuum is so powerful that it makes it difficult to push forward, but once you get used to the power settings for each surface it's not a problem. Would I recommend it?...at the price I paid, yes!”

“Surprised at how compact the package was and how easy to assemble. Its light weight is a revelation in use compared to the vacuum I've been used to - it's much more manoeuverable and flows across the floor surface.”

“It very light which is big plus but disappointed the battery only lasts about half an hour before needing to be re-charged. One of the reasons I bought it was because of the advertised running time of "over 60 minutes". Also, the vacuum does not pick up thread easily.”
