“Absolutely delighted so far. I chose it because it was lighter and cheaper than many of its rivals. It has powerful suction and holds its charge well. I like the fact it uses biodegradable bags as I hated emptying my old bagless vacuum. It comes with easily a year’s supply of bags.. The warranty is two years and after that you can choose to pay around £75 for it to go in for a complete overhaul and new battery. It has changed the way I vacuum in that I am more inclined to take it off the wall and give a room a quick once over then go through the whole rigmarole of getting the corded vacuum out. I can clean the entire down stairs of my house (four bed detached) without the battery cutting out. It is far more manoeuvrable than my corded vacuum and having a smaller head gets into tighter places. It’s great for vacuuming under furniture and for stairs. Some of the reviews I read mentioned it was difficult to put together and take apart. I found it a piece of cake. I think the makers read the reviews as I see adaptations have already been made. The brush cylinder is now removable, making it easier to remove wrapped round hair. In case you are thinking this review is too good to be true this is the one thing I have had a problem with. It would not pop out. I contacted the company and a very helpful person called George sent me a video of him taking the part out. I still had difficulty and a replacement brush cylinder is now being sent to me. So their customer service is excellent too.”
