“MMMMMM?? Since start 29 May 2021 problems with very difficult assembly and refitting. New Extension Tube provided 2 June, provided no improvement. Problem appears when the electrical connections made. Resorted to applying vaseline to both male and female connections which has provided some improvement.”

“Did some research before purchase and was still a bit dubious but ,nevertheless ,I decided to buy one. We have now had it for about a month and are very happy. Effective, easy to control, and great on our carpets unlike all three previous vacuums. I was pleasantly surprised to see it cleaning my car better than our old plug in Dyson. Highly recommended.”

“Light weight and easy to use. The power head is a real bonus. My only user observation is that the bag full light gets triggered if the suction head gets restricted, but once this is understood all is well. Support backup is superb. Well done Madison. I would certainly recommend the product.”

“Very good Vacuum, and very good value. Only two things that stops it from getting five stars is that it is quite heavy on the wrist and I would not recommend it for people with bad wrists and also the hair gets wrapped around the brush but it easy to deal with with the ability to remove the brush and clean it.”
