“This appliance comes very well equipped with all necessary accessories and is very easy to assemble and use. Such limited use I have so far made of it has shown it to be equally effective on carpeted and smooth surfaces and, in its shortened configuration, very effective in the car. The instructions for use and maintenance are clear and concise and its maintenance needs are commendably few. The wall docking fitment is easy to install for anyone with a modicum of DIY capability and keeps it readily accessible but also unobtrusive. It seems to perform very well, up to its claimed capabilities, and justifies its high rating in "Which". It is easy and light in operation and will clean under low items with ease. It is important to use it as recommended in the handbook for best results and to do such maintenance as described therein. Strongly recommended.”

“The vacuum is by far the better than the Dyson I had. The capsule vacuums hard flooring really well and you can use it with or without brushes, which you cannot do with the Dyson. The suction is extremely powerful and the battery lasts long enough to vacuum my whole house. I cannot recommend this vacuum highly enough. The Dyson is constantly blocking which you don’t have with the capsule.”

“The Halo is easy to use being lightweight, very manoeuvrable and best of all cordless. Seems well put together. Does a good job picking up dust and debris on carpets but tends to suck up rubber backed mats even on the least powerful setting. Also, it requires a bit of effort for an older person to remove the metal tube and brush head. Overall though I am pleased with my purchase.”
