“I absolutely love this vacuum. It is so easy to use on it's own and with all the attachments. It is quick and easy to pick up and it has all the power of an upright...I have to stop myself using it all the time. Really handy to take out to the caravan and is easy to use on the stairs and take upstairs. Can do the whole house on a charge.”

“I am impressed with the cleaning power of the Capsule using the brush attachment and much prefer not having to empty a messy dust canister. However, I struggle every time I try to change the brush head, the hard floor attachment is ridiculously small and all the attachments seem flimsy and fall off easily compared to my previous brand.”

“We had been looking at various vacuum cleaners - mainly Dyson - and never quite made the decision to purchase in view of the price. Reading the review of the Halo Capsule and seeing the Which Report gave us the confidence to buy. So far so good. We've had it a couple of weeks and use it every day to vacuum the hard floors of our kitchen diner and hall, as well as doing the other rooms (mostly carpet) once. We've had to charge the battery once. It picks up well, and the three speed settings are very handy. We had a £100 vacuum cleaner a couple of years ago which didn't last more than an a year - the test will be to see if this one does last.”

“Very pleased with the product, it's performance is excellent. The only criticism is that the crevice attachment is not long enough to reach the floor between the car seat and the door frame of our car. On a separate issue I had a question for customer service and must say I cannot fault the attention and help I was given.”

“Love how light the vacuum is, but not being able to stand it up is a real pain. The Bundle was a very welcome surprise. I haven’t used the tools so far; this links back to the ‘not standing up’ thing. Thank you for seeking feedback”

“Really disappointed with this vac as from the wrote up I was led to believe that it was being sold as a light weight vac which was what I needed as I’m elderly. When I received it I found it to be really heavy and awkward to use which resulted in me using it once , I’ve only just been able to write a review as Iv been in hospital that’s why it’s taken so long.Unfortunately for me this was totally unsuitable and rally a complete waste of money”
