“To tell you the truth i have a AirRam for a couple of years which thought it was on its way out, so i sent off for this Capsule cleaner and my partner could not use it (disabled) also the AirRam is a better cleaner. there is to much wieght on the handle. ??? there is no cleaning bag on the AirRam... never ask for opinion...as you will get the truth...”

Dear William, We are sorry that Capsule did not meet your family’s particular needs. Independent laboratory tests have in fact shown Capsule has over 60% more cleaning power than the Gtech AirRam. Capsule cleans as well as the best traditional corded vacuums but with less than half the weight. As per our standard no quibble returns policy we are actioning a full refund for you. “Many upright cordless vacuum cleaners are too heavy for me to push around and after a few minutes my arm aches like mad. But Capsule Is different. It is so light and easy to use! Our home has various floor surfaces: fitted carpet, wood and tiles etc. We have a cat, a grandchild, people going in and out all the time. My Capsule keeps the dirt under control and I'm very happy using it - it's so light. The vacuum bundle deal is great. Good price plus lots of extra bags to keep me "capsuling" for ages! “I have never had a cordless vacuum before and was surprised at how easy to assemble and use the capsule is. It’s again surprisingly lightweight and moreover it’s very powerful and puts my poor old Henry to shame. I’ve only needed to use the middle power setting so far to get good results. It charges quickly and the indicators are simple and the whole thing is intuitive to use. A good quality product that I would recommend to others.”

“It did not start well, the Capsule was DOA (Dead on Arrival) - Called the support team who said they would send a replacement - This was good but then had a follow up stating we should plug it in to charge - Had to call again and confirm a replacement was being sent. Replacement received and impressed so far. Good to have the large supply of paper dust bags.”

“Being a disabled person it's hard to find one that easy & light enough for me to push around. I found one 4 year ago, cordless & light. But now I've tried & tested this it's so much better, more powerful so I get a cleaner result & lighter, still no cord for me to trip over or get tangled up in. The old one no longer cuts the mustard.”
