“Hi I used the capsule the 1st time it was great. I have tried to charge it to use again but the battery indicator light wont come on the plug of the charger is slightly warm so its working! I've changed the bag - even though its only about half full. Please help”

“Received my Halo Capsule with very quick delivery in time for my new kitchen flooring going down in kitchen. Compared to other lightweight vacuums, this is nice and light when using the whole vacuum. Lifts great both with and without the boost on and the fact that it has a dust bag is a bonus. Just put bag straight into dustbin, no cleaning the inside of the capsule. I find the capsule itself a little heavy when using alone and a long crevice tool would have been good for tight spaces as the breadth of the capsule hinders the small tool going into tight spaces. A little hard to get the capsule tools changed but I do have weak wrists. I was lucky to have got the 52 bags along with my halo capsule which will last 2 years or more. All in all, I would definitely recommend the Halo Capsule.”

“I'm really pleased with my capsule, I have rheumatoid arthritis & when I read the review about it only weighing 2.3 kg I was over the moon but unfortunately it's very heavy to push around with my right hand but I can cope with it but will not beable to clean the stairs. Thankyou & yes I would recommend it to friends & family”

“Powerful and easy to operate just a shame it doesn’t come with some sort of wall clip, the grip on the back to stop it sliding isn’t all that reliable and sometimes the wheels give way when stood up against the wall”

“Really happy with it. My only complaint is the brushes get clogged with hair (have a dog) every time I use so have to cut them off the roller as head doesn’t come apart”
