“My Mum was the first person I knew to get a Capsule and at 88 she finds it light and easy to use. I have had neck surgery so was worried about the weight of a cordless machine but having tried Mum’s, I took the plunge. This is my first Full size cordless vacuum cleaner and I’m very happy with it. It’s light and manoeuvrable with great battery life and really powerful suction, indeed I rarely use anything but the lightest Power setting. We are a 4 bed house with hard floors throughout and it happily does the whole place without needing to recharge. It goes under most of my furniture without needing to change attachments and the head pivots nicely too. So why have I not given it 5 *? (mini rant) In an ideal world, the designers of all vacuum cleaners would finally realise that a lot of people have long hair and the traditional rotary brush is just not fit for purpose! Whilst I have long resigned myself to cutting and dragging the hair out of vacuum cleaner heads, I really wish I didn’t need to. So if you came up with a new head design to add to this magic little cleaner, it would be 5* all the way.”
