“Only used the halo once so far but seemed very good. Great not to have to clean lots of dust off the brush bar as with previous bag-less and to not have dust all over the floor and in the air when emptying it! Cleaned and manoeuvred well. Delivery very quick and easy to set up. Indicators work well. Enough bags supplied to last for years! Only negative is that the clips, top and bottom of the tube to release it, are very stiff but maybe this will improve with use.”

“Just changed from our old Miele vacuum and really liking the Capsule. In comparison the Capsule is light, easy to store, quiet and much more efficient with little excess heat. Our home is mostly laminate with carpets in the bedrooms about 170m². The cleaning power is great, the battery has plenty use time and it's great being able to just grab it. The lightweight and low profile makes getting under furniture super easy. The power head is great but a little small so on carpets you do have to move it back and forward more but given how light it is this isn't a big deal.”

“At last, a vacuum cleaner that goes back to basics, and keeps things simple. Easy to use and lightweight. I can carry this upstairs without puffing and panting and without fear of taking chunks out of the woodwork. And with a bag. Thank you. No more having to empty a cylinder ( often by hand ) and redistributing the dust... ! Am actually more likely to vacuum now as it’s so easy. It does what it says on the ‘tin’. That’s exactly what I wanted.”

“Arrived quickly and does exactly what it says on the tin. Cleans really well, Cleans most of the house on one charge... always short of 1 room! So a quick recharge and the whole house is done. Easy to manoeuvre and lightweight. One I can certainly recommend.”
