“The head is not good on rugs and mats. Unfortunately I have a mixture of hard floors with rugs on. Switching from hard floor to rug setting constantly is tedious. The head is not easy to use on rugs.”

“ITS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER CLEANERS AND AS OTHERS HAVE SAID THE BALANCE IS A BIT AWKWARD— BUT I FOUND I AM GETTING USED TO IT. I DO WONDER IF A SHORT SHAPED BROOM TYPE HANDLE MIGHT BE BETTER.BUT THIS WOULD MAKE ADDITIONAL PACKAGING PROBLEMS.I HAVE BOUGHT FOUR OVER THE PAST TWO YEARS AND ITS THE BEST TO DATE. p.s. “My only complaint is that the capsule will not stand up of its own accord. It has to be laid down and picked up again when moving furniture etc”
