“Unfortunately the plug and lead to charge the capsule and also the dock were missing from my Delivery. Consequently it is now lying in the cupboard completely useless. Luckily I haven’t got rid of my old vacuum cleaner yet. I have been told the replacements will be with me in one or two weeks. It is nearly that now and no sign. I will say that when I used it, I loved it.”

“Very pleased overall but feel a key tool for vacuuming wooden floor is missing - a soft brush as large as the carpet beater tool to fover the same expanse of area. The carpet tool can pick up grit on its surface along with other abrasive dirt that can scratch and damage smooth surfaces.”
