“A good cordless vacuum cleaner with 3 power settings. I have found that on the second setting the battery needs recharging frequently. Brush is fairly easy to remove and clean. Weight is acceptable, but I think that the handle could have a more ergonomic design and perhaps a softer covering such as rubber, as the hard plastic is not particularly comfortable to hold for a period of time. Having had a cylinder vacuum cleaner before, I am enjoying the freedom of this one.”

“After years of breathing dust when emptying the bagless vacuum I have purchased this Capsule. It's a decent device and the bag is literally a breath of fresh air. Big criticism though.....the handle is too small with no grip. My hands aren't too big but the space between the top of the vacuum and the underneath of the handle is severely limited so my knuckles rub against the plastic. Quite uncomfortable! A case of aesthetics over function I'm afraid.”

“This vacuum is marketed as being lightweight but it is very unbalanced and unwieldy. I wouldn't consider this device to be light. Having bought this for an 87 year old I think the description is very misleading”

“I haven't had to use all of the accessories yet but am pleased that they are included together with a good supply of bags all within the price of the vaccuum without having to pay extra for addional equipment. Attaching the accessories is straightforward.”
