“The hoover itself is to date quite good with a decent battery life and plenty of suction as and when required, however the customer service is some of the worst i have ever encountered anywhere. promises made that never were kept, deliveries promised that never happened, and in general a lack of feedback with honest updates which was very frustrating. personally i don't think they will ever get any more business from ourselves so buy another brand and avoid the unnecessary stress this company will put you through. emailed the CEO, MD but he is obviously too important to speak to someone who uses a hoover of his as he never offered a reply or assistance!!!”

“The tools provided within the bundle deal make it more flexible. The capsule itself is quite bulky and the extended flexible hose helps access to smaller corners. The cleaner has more than enough power and requires some strength to operate at full power on carpets. Excellent on hard floors apart from Christmas tree needles when you have to use the capsule and mini tool.”
