“The bundle I received certainly seems to be great value. The machine is light, easy to use and picks up well. However I am still getting used to it. My main criticism of this company is their communication. I'd ordered the product in advance and have never been so confused about the various invoices sent, whether they had received my payment or not, the lack of responses to various emails and in the end got the Capsule X, rather than the product I ordered. I am not unhappy with the updated model I received. I will be ordering another battery as a single charge does not seem to alloy me to do the entire house, even though I only have a small property.”

“Well I ordered the standard vacuum bundle and was told the delivery may be delayed which I was happy about.then out of the blue I received a email saying because of the delay I had been bumped up to the new model including the bundle deal which includes every attachment and new bags for the same price I was amazed as the saving was enormous, well this vacuum is excellent very well made all the attachments do a wonderful job suction is excellent balance lovely battery life very good and the bags last ages before you need to replace, I would highly recommend this vacuum and the comms from the company were very good delivery quick and stress free, superb all round service.”

“So far so good . I keep this vacuum upstairs and find it works well and is very light . Also good on the stair carpet . I have not used it downstairs as I have a separate vacuum as I have dogs and do not want the smell to contaminate my Halo.”
