“So far so good. My order arrived a little later than was advertised and I did have to chase up the bonus pack of vacuum bags, which arrived today without any further fuss. I also hoped that the wall bracket would have an automatic charge facility in its cradle, so I wouldn’t have to physically plug the end into the machine itself. However, the main thing is that the Capsule works really well. We would recommend it as the best alternative we found to the Dyson, which we avoided buying for political reasons.”

“Very efficient and easy to use. Just cleaned fibres out of the powered head - much simpler than a lot of others. Just a few bad points: Bundle deals are very confusing. Wasn't until I received the vacuum that I realised that if it is any use for the car I will need a flexible hose (surely this should be standard?) Will now have to lay out extra money. Carbonfibre good idea but why not on the whole unit - would actually make an appreciable difference to the weight then. Screws supplied for hanging bracket are too soft - my (manual) screwdriver munched them and I had to replace. It's a shame that you have followed Dyson colour scheme. But would be good if had copied their arrangement for clicking into charging unit automatically. Maneuverability of powered head (surely if attached should automatically turn on?) is useful, but is perhaps a little too keen to change direction.”
