The vacuum generally performs very well but can struggle to pick up larger particles on hard floors as the cleaning head often seems to push them along in front. It would be great if you could adjust the height of the main cleaning head to prevent this.”

“Bought the Capsule Vacuum Extra Pouch Bundle last month. The vacuum has excellent suction (efficienty removing pet hair from rugs) and battery life is remarkable. Very good value for money. As powerful, if not more than equivalent models from well-known brands. We use it as our main vacuum (household with children and pets). Only downside: the bag/pouch doesn't fill completely. As the bags are not inexpensive, we adjust or reposition the one in the vacuum to fill it more, so we are still handling dust. Therefore, it might be worth considering making a bagless option.”
