“Very efficient and powerful but find it uncomfortable to use as I suffer from arthritis in my hands. My previous vacuum, a G Tech Pro is not as powerful but easier to use. Suggest you think about redesigning the handle.”

“This is incredibly light - the first carbon-fibre tool I've knowingly used. It's also versatile - remove the main tube and attach the short crevice head and voila, you have a very easy-to-use (and light) handheld tool for cars and upholstered chairs. Reviews in Which rightly rated it as a best buy, with the criticism that it was loud. I can't understand that at all. I bought it as a bundle, ie with a wall dock, which, when close to an electric socket, means that it is permanently ready to use.”

“It has a smaller head than I had envisaged. OK for a caravan or a bedsit but not a 3 bed house. Suction OK. Good for getting in nooks and crannies.”
