“The Capsule replaced a Miele machine and it's more powerful, easier to change tools, the battery lasts longer, and the bracket for wall hanging saves space in the cupboard. My labradoodle's 'fluff' filled the Miele very quickly, but the power of the Capsule suction seems to compress it greatly - so the bag hasn't been emptied yet, a couple of weeks in. My 12v car vacuum is redundant too - the Capsule is so easy to strip down to hand-held mode and so much more powerful. Very happy thankyou!”

“Sadly this product did not live up to my expectations having read so many positive reviews. It is much lighter than my Shark but only down to cheap materials. I have 4 dogs and the capsule does not cope well with pet hair. It just gets caught in the brush and stays there. I spent more time removing the hair than I did cleaning. It is now in the back of my cupboard as a back up to the reinstated Shark. Very disappointed.”
