“second machine I have purchased as the first one was ok but broke short of the 2 year guarantee but I did buy another one and this one has broken after 3 months, I purchased it in Oct 2022 - it arrived in Nov 2022. this time there were sparks from the main column of the machine and the red wire became unattached from the stem and so it does not work. I have emailed the company twice but no answer. I would ask for a full refund as it was well within the 2 year guarantee.”

“This is a good cordless vacuum. At boost setting it is extremely powerful and the brush really gets stuck into the muck. For most jobs the lowest setting is sufficient. Doesn't last long on the boost setting but for a small house, the charge is adequate at the middle setting. I've used it about ten times and have not had to change the bag. Being able to use it as a handheld is a bonus. Only four stars as I'd like to be able to use the boost mode for longer without having to recharge (for my stairs). Good value compared to other cordless devices. Big tick for no plastic in bags.”

“I'm very very pleased. I bought this to replace an ageing G-tech which wasn't performing perfectly, no matter what I did. This Halo Capsule is super light and manoeuvrable, surprisingly powerful, and best of all .......a dust bag!! Surely I can't be the only person who hates emptying an unpleasant plastic container full of random horribleness directly into my kitchen bin minus a gas mask!?!
