“Terrible. I m on my second replacement vacuum. 3rd or 4th replacement charging unit. I have so much failed plastic and battery product littering ny house it makes a nonsense of the eco side of the product. Communication with the company is awful. You don't have a complaints deoartment you tell me. You misunderstand - a lot. You send wrong parts. Parts with missing parts. I will send a photo of all the stuff you ve sent to replace and it isn't working yet.”

“The Capsule is very efficient in getting up dirt etc.,it is manoeverable and ,in contrast to many models, it is light. It comes with a good selection of attachments. Unfortunately these are sometimes difficult to remove - that would be my main criticism. But at the price, the Capsule is a bargain.”

“The charging cable is held behind the wall mount. There is nowhere to put 2nd battery to plug in charger. Having a 2nd battery is brilliant.”
