“My Halo vacuum cleaner didn’t appear to be working. I emailed Halo and they said that they would replace the battery. I then changed the dust bag and the Halo vacuum cleaner started working. I emailed Halo and told them I no longer needed a new battery. Halo told me to keep the battery as a spare.”

“You can’t believe the issues I’ve had with this company. This is my second battery and now they are in the process of getting a new charger because that’s broke too. Please read reviews across the board for this company it seems some customer have it lucky but others have received a bad batch of vacuums that all seem to have the same issue. They won’t issue a complete replacement either only a refund which I would then have to buy vacuum again but at a higher price”
