“Very good and prompt, courteous customer service. HOWEVER, when I wanted to arrange the actual installation date and approximate time that the chap would be coming this was not possible, and the customer's needs were secondary to that of the driver's route days and schedule. I think that when you are spending £1400 plus on something, it would be right to expect more than being told to wait in all day, on a day not of your choosing”

“Yes it has been very well installed and is working well. It just takes a bit of getting use to to having to slide ones bum in to position to lower or raise ones self. But now able to enjoy a good soak in a hot bath!!”

“Detailed demonstration which was so important before you decide to buy.Not being rushed as it was not as easy as I first thought. The men who fitted the lift were excellent and took time to explain everything,although it is only when you are in the bath and water that you can experience what it is really like and you can make your own personal adjustments .”
