“I seem to have ordered the wrong size, although I was careful when ordering. Need to check the size guide. Hope it was not misleading. The heel cups do not stay in place very well, especially when putting shoes on. This means it is hard to get them comfortable.”

“These were recommended to me by my podiatrist and they've been a game changer. I have both plantar fascitis and heel fat pad atrophy and the heel cups have made a huge difference for me. I'd bought the cheap versions online before which didn't work as they were like hard plastic but these Silipos ones are worth every penny. Yes they're expensive but they actually work.”
