“I found these pads very effective in stopping pain in a pes caves foot. The soft rubber could be easily trimmed at the sides to fit into shoes. Because they are full width no extra securing was needed to keep them in place, and yet they could be easily adjusted forwards or back, to get them to feel just right.”
