“Following an Achillies tendon eruption was advised to wear a heel lift in my shoes, have tried quite a few but these are really good as they stay in place even in my wellington boots which is perfect as, at this time of year, I'm wearing them quite a lot whilst dealing with my horse and dogs.”

“These are great as I could mix and match taking off and adding layers to get the correct height I needed. My only issue was they could have been a little narrower or shorter. these options would have been great. I would order again”
