“I have purchased many types of insoles,special comression sock etc to help ease my Plantar Fascilitis but all failed. I have had these ones for a few weeks and they are great, I cant now walk or stand for long periods of time at last.I expcted them to take some getting used to but they were fine.The size was true to fit , I am going tobuy more for all my footwear, cheaper than buying new expensive trainere etc.”

“A friend with plantar fasciitis was prescribed these by her nhs physio. They were brilliant for her and gave befn brilliant for me. I am wearing these in trainers. The 3/4 is good and with trainers I prefer the full length version which I also purchased.”

“Insole is firm and takes a while to get used to but has helped me out in the long run with quality support. Would say only get these with professional recommendation though.”
