“Great quality insoles, very annoying that I had to chase the delivery, I don't believe that I would have been contacted about the lack of contact unless I'd contacted then - more annoying because I'd ordered new shoes and couldn't try them out on an indoor track that I was visiting as the insoles hadn't arrived.”
