“Shopping cart showed price with vat included... then showed a further charge for vat tax. Please see that the website shows the price with and without tax relief, ie no vat. I am not entitled to vat relief and so selected the 'with Vat' option. Despite this I was further charged VAT and customer service played dumb after 2 emails. Monetary value isn't worth my time, but an extra almost £9 charge might be the difference between someone feeding their family or going to bed hungry in the modern day. Great product. Dodgy payment practices!”
