“I sent back an ankle compression support over 2 weeks ago after being incorrectly advised about sizing. I was informed it went on shoe size, this was after a very helpful girl went to check and confirm. However, when it arrived the packet clearly said to measure the circumference of the ankle. I have been on the phone 3 times for my refund plus postage to no avail. Not sure what is happening now really. This is my first stab at getting a refund for something which was not my fault. I have since purchased this product from elsewhere and it is very good.”
