“this can be used on the ankles to prevent the tops of boots digging in (like iceskating boots or new walking boots). I used a short cut length of it on a pateint with claw toes and metatarsalgia to reduce shoe rubbing. It was great because it covered all the areas with problems with one simple pull on device.”
