“One of the best eBike companies I have dealt with. Swytch's support staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to bikes in general, and of course about eBike motors and batteries. I had many questions before buying to convert my antique peugeot bicycle - all were answered quickly and accurately and I proceeded with the order.
As I was watching the pennies I chose to wait longer for a lower price, I then promptly forgot about the Swytch unit entirely and 3 months later I had the pleasant surprise of being notified it was to be delivered the next day. Luckily I was in to receive the parcel!
So that weekend I fitted the unit, everything was as it should be and it connected to the bike with ease and I have been riding it since. The power is incredible and the quality of the engineering is very high through out. 5 stars all round!”
“I now use my bike for journeys I would normally think "oh not today" and throughly enjoy the freedom and ease it provides. I can go into town and bring back quite heavy things that would otherwise have needed a car. It was fairly easy to fit to the bike (although I did get someone to do it for me!). I have the older version with a 2kg battery that is quite heavy and would love the smaller phone size battery that is now being sold. Other than the weight of carrying around my battery, as I wouldn't leave it on the bike when unattended, then it is perfect. Once you start pedalling it engages and you can use as little or as much battery power as you need.”

Fitting to the Pashley took some doing, mainly because of the nature of the Pashley. However, so worth doing to help with hills and the excessive weight of the Pashley. She was so pleased with it but now has battery envy. We wish we had ordered the extra set up when we had the chance! I had to give in and swytch my bike just to keep up with her. Its great and so unobtrusive. I keep it set on low power and then I have to do some work to get up hills and I feel it is still benefiting my fitness. How do we go about ordering a new battery set up for my wife’s bike?”

“I got a Swytch kit for my Brompton, and have been very pleased with it. Use it mainly for a 5 mile commute, including one large hill. The kit works extremely well - it is a 3 gear Brompton, and the hill would be a challenge with the Swytch. With it, I can do it easily.
One small drawback is that the plastic sensor fittings are quite thin and easily damaged, so that after a few years mine is kept in place with sellotape (!). But Swytch have kindly offered to replace it for free, so no problems there.”
“Having fitted the Swytch kit 3 months ago I can highly recommend it.
It has encouraged me to use my bike when I wouldn't have considered it previously.
The larger battery seems to to be ideal for my use.
The installation was easy having watched a couple of YouTube videos showing the process. The videos highlight some of the optional installation items that are in the manual, but as I usually find watching is easier than reading :)
Build quality of the components seems good and the connectors seal well against our lovely weather.
Overall, I am very pleased with my upgraded bike, I just need to order another one so my wife doesn't get left behind when out riding.”
