Excellent bike. Had to deal with customer service one time and their support was perfect. Can’t say enough about the bike or the company!

The kit has got me out on my bike again after a break of several years. Arthritic knees can now tackle hills again. The kit was relatively easy to fit. A bike repair specialist fitted the brake cables but everything else was do-able, and technical support came back with an answer to a small problem within 24 hours.

I've put two of these kits on our 1986 Cannondale MTB's and so far they have been fantastic. Both my wife and I have knee problems and this kit has enabled us to go to places that we went to about 20 years ago. Fitting was easy, just make sure the instructions are followed, and so far after about 250 miles or so there has not been a problem. Choosing the power level depending on terrain is easy, although a +/- on the handlebars would be a definite boon. Looking to maybe add the kite to our Bromtons too.

My swytch kit has basically made cycling possible again after I injured my knee. It feels wonderful to have that mobility back. The kit has a removable battery, a new front wheel, and a pedal sensor. At the point where you would normally be pushing hard (and punishing your knees), the motor comes in and helps you along. It isn’t effortless, but it makes the massive hills where I live possible for the first time in 5 years. I can’t tell you how great that feels.

I love my Brompton. I did not think I could love it any more until I added on the Swytch kit. It has really enabled me to go farther and to take on journeys I would not have tackled before.
