“Tastes like utter sadness. I’m new to protein shakes so I’ve no experience to compare these too, so in all fairness they may be less sad than other brands.
It is also helping me to lose weight and kept me moderately full between lunch and evening meal so I guess it’s doing its job, hence the (reluctant) 4 stars and not less.
They smell like they should be tasty but in the end the taste is just sad.”
