“Arrived promptly after order placed. Quite a lot of shakes so a generous trial pack for the money. Loved to see all the healthy ingredients listed on the packet. Tried it in skinny milk this morning and it was ok, but there are lots of seeds so going to try it on my porridge or in natural yoghurt as they suggest. Looking forward to the next one and starting to feel the benefits.”
