“These definitely bring a smile to your face, both when you wear them and to look at! I chose white multi, which are a nice summery look with the white strap at the back. The cork bed is really comfortable and I like the fact that they’re not completely flat. My one caution is that the sizing is completely wrong - I ordered a size 38 and had to return them as they were far too small. I reordered a 39 which fitted. (I usually take a size 38). So I would always recommend ordering a size bigger than you usually take. I would also say they’re on the narrow side - it would be much better if there were choices in terms of width.”
“The sandals are awful quality. The leather straps (supposed to be leather) are soooooo hard and rough that they made my feet sore. It would be impossible to wear them barefoot (sandals were supposed to be worn barefoot). I tried them on and thought I just had my feet scrabbed with a metal scourer. I can't be bothered with returning them even, off they go to a charity shop, hopefully they will soften up for somebody else to wear. Total waste of time and money.”
“I had a pair a few years ago and loved them, they survived constant wear for about 2 years until they eventually understandably broke.I got the same pair for this summer, but after less that a few months of wear the sole is separating from both the shoes and the Cork is cracked on one show. I would maybe expect this from a cheaper pair of shoes, but I paid a decent amount of money and I'm not going to be able to get even 6 months wear out of them. Don't waste your money!”
“Loved the sandals. Very comfortable and colours went with everything but final strap (turquoise) was positioned too high on heel strap for me which made them feel too loose at the back and the straps gaped. Thought about punching another hole but they were still not right. Reluctant return.”
“This is my second pair of Ginger Ale sandals. I find them very comfortable and supportive, I forget I am wearing them. The multi blues and greens mean they go with a lot of my clothes. Excellent.”
