“I originally bought these in a size 4, as based on the measurement information I thought that this would be the best size. However, on arrival they were far too big, so I returned them and asked for a replacement pair in a size 3. What excellent service. No additional charge for the return or resend of the smaller size, a reasonably easy process (the hardest part was finding time to get to the post office to hand the parcel over!), and a pretty speedy turn around. The new smaller size sandals are an excellent fit, and so far appear very comfortable. The colours and style are pretty much exactly as seen in the images, and I love them. I think I will be buying a few more pairs in different colours come pay day!”
“Unfortunately the fit has changed for these sandals. The straps are looser and the sandal is longer than my other Moshulu sandals so sadly I had to send them back. The quality is great, as always.”
“Lovely sandals, but please don't think that you won't need to break them in if you start wearing them in hot weather, unless your feet are made of rhinoceros hide! Even my narrow feet suffered and I got many blisters from the (not very soft) leather rubbing against my skin. I also found the size guide very inaccurate: based on the information provided, a size 7 should have fitted my feet - thank goodness I also ordered a size 6 (my usual size, which I ended up keeping) and 6.5 at the same time, otherwise I wouldn't have had them in time for my holiday.”
