I had read a lot of the reviews before I ordered , and they were all glowing . I had almost given up, as it had proved impossible to actually speak to someone on any other site. .

Chatted to Nathan who sent another pair out without a quibble. The second pair arrived but the boots didn't look quite right so Nathan said he would hand pick another pair and send them right away.
Next day the 1st pair(thought lost) came with the new pair! I had 3 pairs now!
The problem was with my ultra skinny legs not the boots. They were beautifully made. Lovely colour. Just too wide for my skinny legs (chicken legs my kids say)
Customer services were fantastic. Zoe let me ramble on about my disappointment and tried so hard to help me. She emailed the nearest shop(Petersfield) They in turn were brilliant and tried to help me. Turns out my chicken legs are not designed to wear these beautiful creations .
I will definitely be back in the summer to buy sandles!
