“Really pleased that the packaging has been updated to the pump bottles again. Much better than the metal tubes. I have been using this cleanser since the original formulation in the glass pump bottles and was really excited to see that a scented version had been brought back. Sadly, the scent is not the same as it was in the original formula. Although this cleaner is still good, I much preferred the original formula and scent.”

Regarding the scent, we relaunched the scented version based on customer requests, though reformulations during our 2024 rebrand adjusted it slightly from the original to enhance stability and skin balance with ingredients like gluconolactone and green tea. Your preference for the classic aroma is noted and shared with our formulation team as we explore ways to refine options.
