“this is a great value for money cleanser which leaves my skin feeling squaeky clean. the pump didn't work on mine which is annoying but I am still giving 5 stars”

“I wouldn’t say I have particularly sensitive skin but I was looking for a gentle, balancing cleanser because I use some actives in my skincare regime. This burned on first and subsequent uses, caused my skin to be red and flaky, particularly around the eye area. I persevered for a while in cause my skin just needed to ‘get used to it’ but I’ve now had to stop using it.”

“Really pleased that the packaging has been updated to the pump bottles again. Much better than the metal tubes. I have been using this cleanser since the original formulation in the glass pump bottles and was really excited to see that a scented version had been brought back. Sadly, the scent is not the same as it was in the original formula. Although this cleaner is still good, I much preferred the original formula and scent.”

Regarding the scent, we relaunched the scented version based on customer requests, though reformulations during our 2024 rebrand adjusted it slightly from the original to enhance stability and skin balance with ingredients like gluconolactone and green tea.
