“Eigentlich bin ich bisher mit allen Produkten von facetheory total zufrieden. Dies ist das erste, welches schlecht für meine Haut ist. Jedesmal, wenn ich es auftrage, bekomme ich nächsten Tag Pickel. Und wirklich jedesmal! Ich weiß nicht, woran es liegt. Mit allen anderen Produkten komme ich super zurecht, aber das ist echt furchtbar und die Haut sieht nach dem Auftragen sehr speckig aus.”

“So far I’ve really enjoyed this product. My skin is softer and brighter. The only downfall is the glass pipette which detached, fell and broke.”

“Five stars for the customer service. I have a very sensitive skin, unfortunately had an eczema breakout, may be concentration too high not sure. I sent an email to customer service asking for refund, I was promptly refunded without any questions asked. Really impressed as lot of companies make it very difficult to refund. I just wish the product worked for me. But I would definitely purchase other products from Face Theory.”

“I tried this but only used it for 3 days and stopped as each time I applied it to my face, my skin felt a burning sensation which I’m sure is not good for my skin. And the next day my skin was even more dry. My skin concerns are fine lines and pigmentation from Melasma, but even more fine lines were more apparent and did nothing to lighten the pigmentation. I have stopped using this completely and my skin feels so much better and looks better.”
